Modern Marquees is a family business operating throughout Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds, owned and run by James Stuart-Menteth. With extensive experience in the marquee hire industry and a background in small and large scale event organising, James and his team can advise on all aspects of your requirements, from tents, furniture, electricals, generators, decoration, catering, music, lighting, access, parking and more.

All our marquees are framed structures, so we can provide an interior free of poles. Georgian style windows provide light and style and can be erected along any section of the circumference of the marquee.

As well as marquee hire we provide a range of lighting and furniture, adapted to reflect the unique flavour of your event. The interior of your marquee can be further enhanced by a selection of beautiful linings.

Our marquee hire business is currently run from our units in Stroud and Berkeley, making access across the Cotswolds, Bristol and Bath and the eastern parts of Wales, simple and convenient.
